Jock O’Keeffe
Jock has broad career experience spanning most aspects of business as a CEO, senior executive and consultant. With Mincom, Australia’s icon software developer, Jock took on the challenge of growing its start-up business in the USA to become a significant player in North and South America. He re-worked the Mincom image into the brand you see today, and he initiated Mincom’s partnering strategy with industry leaders such as Caterpillar and IBM. As Optus Regional Manager in SA and NT, he won the first major engagements with the state and territory governments resulting in significant long term contracts. Jock has serviced start-up, early phase and restructured companies. He provides particular expertise in the building and development of companies through strategic alignment; identification and development of growth catalysts; key personnel recruitment and team building; business development and performance planning.
